Technology has untethered workers from their office chairs; almost one-third of the global population has the opportunity to work remotely, with most finding it lowers stress and boosts morale. If you’re looking to hire a younger workforce, consider this: 68% of millennials looking for work said the ability to work from home would significantly increase their interest in an employment opportunity.
