Using the canvas, we'll work in groups to share practices and experiences in distributed service offerings.


The Rockefeller Habits

We will work in groups to create a prototype for your new service model. Ideally, this group consists of several people from your company. Each group will use the business model canvas to map out what works well in their current service model and add improvements. The main goal is to design the service model with ‘long term partnership in mind’.

The Rockefeller Habits is a framework to help you scale your company. We'll focus on one tool: the one page strategic plan. Using the ONE PAGE STRATEGIC PLAN, you'll create a snapshot of your strategy, from long term vision onto daily tactics. We'll show how to use this tool in a distributed team, how to create clarity among all your team members and how to create a rhythm of communication to get your main priorities done.

Using the value proposition canvas, the groups will map out what pains, gains and jobs their (future) clients have. This map will create a deeper understanding of the expectations clients in the EU/US have. Using this input, we'll then design products and services that these clients really want.
