On 22nd February was our next meetup in Jakarta at Doku, the service provider of electronic payment and risk management in Indonesia. This time the meetup had an amazing line-up of experts in the agile world; Ahmad Firdaus, Michael Chik, Adrian Lander, Arthur Purnama and Hugo Messer. Restructuring the organisation, managing expectations, implementing cross functional and self organizing teams, agile contracting and implementing scrum in a managed service business were the topics discussed by the leaders. There were a huge bunch of enthusiastic people both from Doku and many other companies nearby. Agile Circles was the next big thing of the meetup, we kicked off the program and introduced the concept of being part of the agile circles. Check out our gallery to see how it went.
